“God helps those who help themselves” has long been one of those sayings misinformed people think is in the Bible. Sadly, too many people who claim to believe in God think it is part of Scripture. Their ignorance about such ultimate issues is exposed in the latest survey by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life. (courtesy FOX NEWS)
Here’s another surprise. –95% of atheists and agnostics tend to be people who grew up in a religious tradition and consciously gave it up, often after a great deal of reflection and study. This is my study from my year-long researches and care-ful reading of people's religious side.
Atheists are people who thought a lot about religion. To reject religion you must understand what you are rejecting.
Author C.S. Lewis had an experience (I'd die to be his pen), beginning as an atheist, then as he read the Bible, a theist, and then a convert to Christianity. He started by using his mind to discredit Scripture and ending up one of the most famous of all modern converts. So, whats the heck about being religious?

Life's not boring
I took a little break from this blog for a while, since I got busier with my new car!!
New music out? yup Rahmanji's "Jootha Hi Sahi" & "Robo", not as pathetic as entertaining. may be he doesn't want to spend time on Indian Projects. Katy Perry is on last month's Rollingstone Cover. Her father is a preacher, do you believe? Her new album "Teenage Dreams", not so funky, but sure she makes a fortune out of it. Shobha De's "Superstar India" is exceptionally engaging, I'm on the 276th page this morning. Bitter truth about changing Indian culture, economy & industry, elaborated in a diggy fashion with a strong sense of humor. Last week I ended up watching 4 movies in a row, "Rocker"(reminds my past!), "Valkyrie"(movies on Hitler never uninteresting), "Cocktail" (didn't want Tom to die, as a make up watched this classic romance) & "Hanna Montana"(delicious feast of country and groove together). Life's not boring, when you have right book, mag, movie & music to entertain yourself.
